you know, I visit your blog very irregularly, but I just walked back into my house from a long early-morning walk, and this was the very first link I clicked on Twitter. :)
Jung would call that synchronicity.
anyway. was beating myself up for not making this morning's workout a good solid run instead of power walk, and I loved the perspective of this quote. Takes it way outside the realm of 'workout'.
